    • Who is eligible to apply to a campus program?

      Undergraduate or 5th-year Master's students graduating between December 2027-June 2028 are eligible to apply to our 2027 Summer Analyst Program.

      Undergraduate or 5th-year Master's students graduating between December 2026-June 2027 are eligible to apply to one of our two 2027 Full Time Programs (Investments or Diligence & Growth Strategy).

    • Do I need a finance, business, or computer science major to apply to one of Insight's analyst programs?


      Not at all! We welcome candidates from all academic backgrounds. Diversity of thought is essential in creating a diverse workforce. Please be sure to review the job description, and if you feel like you meet the required skills, we welcome you to apply.
    • What is included in a complete application?

      For all programs, a complete application includes submitting a copy of your resume and transcript, and then completing a HireVue video cover letter.

    • When do applications open and when should I apply?

      All campus program applications open in the fall for the following academic year's programs (i.e. in Fall 2024, applications opened for the 2026 Summer Analyst Program and 2026 Full Time Programs). We encourage you to apply as early as possible because when we begin reviewing applications, we will start with applications that were completed earliest. 

    • Can I apply to the Investment Analyst Program and the Onsite Analyst Program?

      No, candidates cannot apply to the Investment Analyst Program and the Onsite Analyst Program in the same recruiting cycle. Candidates who do apply to both programs will be asked to select which program best aligns with their career goals before moving forward in the process.

    • How do I submit updated materials such as a resume and transcript? 

      You can submit updated materials by uploading them directly to your application in SmartRecruiters. If you run into any issues, please email [email protected] with your materials attached as a PDF.

    • Do you sponsor visas? 

      Requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future is not a disqualifying factor in our application process. We encourage all interested students to apply.

    • I'm currently an undergraduate student, but not eligible for any of your open roles (i.e. you are a freshman). How can I stay connected?

      Great question! There are a few ways you can express your interest and stay connected:

      1) Add your resume to our Undergraduate Talent Pool. We will be in touch about relevant opportunities in the future as they arise.
