Sahar began her journey at Insight as an Investment Summer Analyst and has since grown her career within the firm - progressing from Summer Analyst to Full-Time Analyst and now Associate.
From day one, Insight’s Summer Analysts are trusted with real responsibility, including opportunities to engage directly with founders and develop critical investing skills like pattern recognition. That early exposure and autonomy make the summer program a truly worthwhile experience for college students ea-ger to jump-start their careers.
Since returning full-time, Sahar has continued to build on the strong foundation she developed during her internship, taking on new challenges and expanding her skill set along the way.
For students considering the summer program, Sahar encourages making the most of the experience: She believes that one of the best parts of Insight is the opportunity to learn from so many talented inves-tors, each with their own style and approach - whether it’s investing strategies, storytelling techniques, or boardroom dynamics. Alexandra joined Insight as an Investment Summer Analyst and has since grown into her current role as Vice President. She describes her path at Insight as "organic," shaped by the natural evolution of her role alongside the firm’s broader growth over time. At every stage, Alexandra highlights that the core of the Insight experience remains consistent: a focus on autonomy, creativity, and a strong drive for con-tinuous learning.
