Colin began his career at Insight as a Full-Time Investment Analyst, without having participated in the firm’s Summer Internship Program. From the beginning, he leaned on his analyst cohort - many of whom had gone through the internship - for guidance and support as he found his footing. He also relied on his team to better understand the group’s mission and operations, helping him quickly build strong relationships across the firm.
Colin believes that joining full-time without completing the summer internship was never a barrier to his success. The Insight team’s welcoming and collaborative culture made his integration smooth and gave him the confidence to thrive.
Reflecting on his journey, Colin highlights the importance of being trustworthy, communicating and lead-ing with empathy, and practicing ruthless prioritization. Strengthening these softer skills, he says, has provided significant runway for his continued growth as an investor.

Shruti joined Insight Partners as a Full-Time Investment Analyst after graduating from college. For her, the most rewarding part of the experience has been the people she works with. We do ask for candidates to pick just one program to apply to between the two full time programs we offer as they are so different from each other.
If you are currently a pursuing an undergraduate degree or completing a 5th-year Master's program concurrent with your undergraduate program and will be graduating between December 2026-June 2027, then yes. The earlier you apply, the better, as we review applications in order of when they were completed.
You will need to submit a resume and transcript, and then will be prompted to complete a HireVue video cover letter. Please note that if you have applied for a different position with Insight in the past, you must submit new materials for each program you apply to.

We use our Summer Program as our primary pipeline for full time and will have a better idea of our full time hiring needs closer to the end of August / early September, following the internship program. Thus, we plan to host our full time superdays around September.
